Welcome to the Tenth Annual North Coast Open Studios! Open Studios is a creative
showcase for local artists held annually and organized by a volunteer steering committee.
For two weekends in June, 100+ artists open their studios to the public and allow art
lovers a glimpse into the creative process.
Visitors to North Coast Open Studios will be treated to displays of art in both traditional and non-traditional spaces throughout Humboldt County. Plan your studio visits by picking up a copy of the North Coast Open Studios Guide in the May 24th Edition of the Times Standard or at local art venues. The Guide is also available online. During this free showcase for the arts, mid-career and emerging artists working across a broad spectrum of fine art styles and craft media – including painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, glass, fiber, jewelry, furniture and ceramics – will exhibit their work to the public. You will find fine arts and crafts to fit all styles and budgets. Get to know your local artist and enjoy a dazzling display of all Humboldt County has to offer! North Coast Open Studio is a FREE event. There is no admission charged at any Open Studio venue. |
